Lincoln Group supplies hardware components and decorative surfaces products to the kitchen, architectural, window and door industries throughout Australia.
There is currently an outstanding opportunity for a Logistics professional to take charge of the significant operations requirement within Victoria and Tasmania.
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, the position involves total responsibility for the operations and distribution within Victoria and Tasmania.
This role is based in our Distribution Centre at Bayswater. You will be responsible for two distribution centres and six branches across Victoria and Tasmania.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Management experience across a multi-site environment
- A proven, results focussed logistics background
- Strong business acumen
- Responsibility of complex, fast moving product lines
- Experience in fostering united employees and a service driven culture
- Experience in implementing and managing WMS / RF process
You will have demonstrated communication and mediation skills, be highly organised and results focussed and have a passion for customer service at the highest level.
