An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Darwin Branch.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:-

• Providing high quality service to customers over our trade counter
• Processing of orders via telephone, fax & email
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding: Order status, pricing, product range, tracking deliveries, etc
• Assisting Sales Representatives with Quotes
• Handling Customer Complaints
• Up selling promotions
• Raising credit / returns paperwork for processing

The successful candidate must have:-

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A professional & friendly manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• High level of organisational skills & time management
• Be a Team player
• Attention to detail

A trade or customer service background in cabinet making /glazing / hardware would be an advantage but not essential.
