An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Darwin Branch.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:-
- Providing high quality service to customers over our trade counter
- Processing of orders via telephone, fax & email
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding: Order status, pricing, product range, tracking deliveries, etc
- Assisting Sales Representatives with Quotes
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Up selling promotions
- Raising credit / returns paperwork for processing
The successful candidate must have:-
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A professional & friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- High level of organisational skills & time management
- Be a Team player
- Attention to detail
A trade or customer service background in cabinet making /glazing / hardware would be an advantage but not essential.
