Our distribution network consists of 23 locations across Australia with five of those being large distribution centres in the major metropolitan hubs. We pride ourselves in our ability to meet our customers’ needs and always look to have the right product in the right place at the right time.

- Extensive range of quality products – we have the broadest range of products in the industry. Our leading brands and strategic relationships ensure we can meet your needs and even if it’s not in our catalogue our Special and Made To Order team can probably find it for you. Let us know what you’re looking for and we will do our best to help.
- Local network with timely delivery – the majority of products are stocked in our branch network to meet your immediate needs. There is a slightly larger range in our metropolitan locations and if the branch doesn’t have what you’re after, we will get it to you the next working day from our distribution centres. Some of the uncommon items and special requirements may take a little longer but we will let you know when you place your order.
- Product and technical expertise – our National Customer Service Centre team is trained to be able to guide you with your purchase. Should additional technical expertise be required our representative teams and technical experts are also on standby to help.
