Business continuity through coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the growing concerns around COVID-19, our greatest priority is the health and safety of our team and you, our customers.

Firstly, we want to reassure you that Lincoln Sentry remains open for business for as long as permitted and while it remains safe for us to operate key facilities. We have implemented DuluxGroup’s strict Infection Prevention Protocol, which includes standards for social distancing (> 1.5metres), strict personal hygiene and increased branch cleaning.   

Please work with us by observing these standards when you are next at one of our branches or meeting with one of our employees. 

With the majority of our National Customer Service Centre, Made to Order and support teams now working remotely, our people remain focused on business continuity and supporting our customers.

As always, our Purchasing and Category Management teams are in constant communication with our many international and domestic suppliers. To date, we have been able to maintain a steady supply of inventory coming into our business and we do not currently foresee any major supply delays.

Given we all need to play our part to minimising the spread of this virus, we encourage you to make use of our Online Store. This is an efficient service that provides you with the convenience of shopping 24/7.
