Hotmelt adhesives are specially formulated for various types of Edgebanding materials and edgebanders used by makers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, residential, RTA furniture, office furniture, store fixture and other woodworking applications.
Operating Temperature: 180 - 200 °C
Suitable for various types of Edgebanding materials, specially to reduce glue line.
To get a good result in bonding the edgebanding and board should be stored at room temperature at least not less than 18°C.
The moisture content of the board should be between 8 and 10%.
The strength and resistance of the bonds depend, among other things, on the percentage of joint surface that has really been bonded together.
