All that is required to change the hinge from Hold Open to Hold Close or vice versa is to slide the tiny grub screw from one end to the other.
For optimum performance -
2 hinges per door up to 40kgs
For doors over 40kg allow for 20kg per hinge
Note: 3 Hinges per door is recommended to prevent door bowing
